Please check the timing of the lights on 8th street

Describe Issue: The timing of the lights on 8th St need to be adjusted. Turning left from 8th Ave onto 8th street has a turning signal, which is completely wasted because there is no room to turn into 8th street. Once you finally get onto 8th street you get stuck at every single light, even if it starts out green! The timing needs to be adjusted so you can make it through more than 1, making room for the cars behind you. I've been talking this route for 3.5 years and this is a new problem. Obviously a timing issue as it was never even this bad when the economy was good and there were far more cars on the road. Please fix the timing! Also, please change your application so the submit button is obvious. I just had to write this whole thing twice because I went back instead of submitting 😐
