OCT 18th 2017 -3:30amSB - Please forward this SR to BYLAW as an emergency; The bin mentioned is completely blocking an exit/entrance to an ally way effecting many citizens. If a fire or emergency happens, emergency crews will not be able to access area. Garbage trucks/Recycling trucks will not be able to exit and the lane is very narrow and long so they would have to back out which would be very hazardous. It is the type of bin that cannot be easily moved. Thank you. |
