Email address is password for follow up. >>> Tarp shelter and personal belongings in revine west of Sarcee Trail, north of 17 Ave SW, west of off leash in bushed area. Looks as if someone is either living under tarp and or storing personal belongings on city property. Multiple garbage bags, baskets, and a note reading not to judge him/her (Alex) or touch personal belongings.
