Only 1/4 full on the green bin and the city employee left this mess? Why would they do that? Will they clean this up?
Type of Debris: Furniture and Household Items
Specific Details of issue: Apart from unsightly it's a bit of a health concern to leave the waste unattended. It's not like the person operating the green bin machine can't see the mess he left.
