Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks
Specific location details: The alley is not graded properly. It was once paved but since has deteriorated so bad only chunks of asphalt remain. The road us collapsing onto our property line.

Roads dept is looking into the possibility of having a gate installed to prevent traffic from entering or exiting this end of the alley. Many stakeholders have to be involved, so this matter is ongoing. As mentioned previously, the comments from the caller that the road is collapsing into their property is actually the property owners private retaining wall failing and would be the responsibility to the property owner to repair; please review the SR - the WARD has listed this as an inquiry for the citizen. |
