Advanced green installed on wrong side of intersection

Describe Issue: There is no advanced green to turn left onto Home Road NW. The advanced green was installed on northbound 16th Ave to turn left onto Home Road. This is useless as nobody uses it. Every single night huge lines of cars wait to turn left and one or two make it per light. Cars are also forced to turn left at the safeway to avoid the traffic at the light. This causes cars to cut across two lanes of oncoming traffic. There needs to be advanced green for both North and South 16Ave to turn onto Home Rd
