Calgary Waste & Recycling is aware and investigating. >>> The last submission was for 1090 Berkley Drive NW. Your app will not allow me to change the addresss from the neighbour's address. Instructions state that garbage is to be put BEFORE 7 am so that it can be picked up AFTER 7 am. I have mobility issues and cannot RUN after the garbage truck every week. I was promised by Spencer that garbage would be picked up AFTER 7 am and that he would talk to the drivers. It was 6:55 am when I was hustling down my back steps with my garbage in 1 hand and my cane in the other. This is not appreciated. Time stamp on the photo is 6:58 am. The other submission photo that says it's from 1093 Berkley Drive NW was at 6:57 am. I'm halfway down the block and the driver had already picked up garbage from the block before mine. I can only imagine how early he was actually out there.
