Roads did advise they will clean the sidewalk. >>>We are having a frequent problem over past month where one or more large dogs are pooping on sidewalks - esp on 13th and 14 avenues - and the owner is not cleaning it up. This is also happening on a number of boulevards in the area. In the 12 years I've lived in this area, I have never seen the problem to be this severe - it is unsanitary and disgusting. Can bylaw do some observing in this area or be seen around more often ? I have a dog and am tired of having others give our dogs a bad rep!

Specific Location Details: Attached photo is in front of st Stephens Anglican Church on 14 ave SW between 10 and 11 streets. But the problem is occurring in at least a few blocks around this area
