Describe Issue: Left turn signal on Sarcee from Bow trail is not long enough. There must be more than 100 vehicles waiting!!! It is taking 4 to 5 lights to cross this intersection every evening. Increase the timing by at least 1 minute to let at least half of the vehicles cross.
