Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM at 2932 Blakiston Dr NW

Pathway not cleared (and hasn't all year). New park and we are asked to keep off the newly sodded grass but city won't clear path way. Main through fair from Brentwood to train. Under the snow is a sheet of ice.
