Specific Details of issue: I live at 89 Eagle Ridge Dr SW. I was shocked when I looked out our window this morning to see the carnage that the blue bin ,pickup driver ,had left. We did not even have our bins out!! The big blue spruce tree really took a beating. Unnecessary!
