New 3 way stop or other traffic sign requested

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: This intersection is quite dangerous when trying to turn left or right from Pensdale Road. Street parking makes it impossible to see oncoming traffic. I have nearly been t boned amd ive witnessed even more close calls several times at this intersection. I believe a 3 way stop may rectify the issue. Could someone please survey the area and advise if a new traffic option is possible? Thank you.
