Describe Issue: The lights on 85th Street used to be timed to go red for Blackfoot southbound traffic when the lights at Heritage Drive were red. Now if you are stopped at a red light on Heritage, the light goes green and traffic proceeds to 85th Street which now turns red. The south traffic has to stop twice. This occurs around 3:45 pm and probably other times.
