Issue: Road Plowing/Clearing request - hazardous/emerg
Specific location details: A couple of home owners have shovelled their driveways into the road, piling the snow far out into the road. It is making it difficult for vehicles to pass safely. After a fresh snowfall, the piles are nearly invisible, creating a giant hazard.
