Snow On City Road at 1223 13 Av SW

The snow in the alley behind 1224 14 ave sw has been packed down by cars but only where the tires drive. As a result the snow in between the tire grooves is too high for an average car. Even with snow tires I struggle significantly to get my car into my parking spot. The snow is also dragging on the bottom of my car.
Issue: Road Plowing/Clearing request - hazardous/emerg
Specific location details: The snow needs to be packed down in the middle or it needs to be removed.
