Details of request: I am in a near miss collision about 3-4 times a week when I leave my condo at 302 Skyview Ranch drive NE. The parking along the road blocks your view to turn. So when you are turning left across both lanes you are at ultimate danger cause now you have to wait for both directions to be safe. When you look right someone comes in that split second from the left after you have already checked this. A few things would be extremely great in fixing this matter.
