Snow On City Road at 93 Nolancrest Gr NW

Drain basin is fully covered in snow & ice and all of the water melted is accumulating on the road creating a very large pool. This is a major basin located at the lowest point of the road. Please help!!! Or we will be drown underwater in hours as the road was cleaned only once since December. Help! Please.
