March 13, 2018 - 311 Response: Forwarded to Water Services. >>> There is are sewer grate in the middle of this picture. The snow runs down the slope to it and it always plugs up, water pools and then freezes causing it very unsafe for staff to use back entrance to the complex. This is an ongoing issue, someone needs to come unplug the grate so that this problem won't keep recurring as the snow melts
