Detour Inquiry at 6989 Glenmore Tr SW

The temporary light is continually moving to red causing tremendous delays on glenmore. This light is in place to accommodate ring road truck traffic. The sensor seems to be malfunctioning. This is the second time I've filed a concern. Please resolve
