Please examine the length of advance left turn signal from 84 Street to East Hills Blvd. Additionally, does the advance left turn signal have to turn red or can't it remain solid green for the duration of the green light for 84 Street traffic. The vast majority of traffic is travelling into the shopping area this way.

Describe Issue: The advanced turn signal to turn west onto East Hills Blvd from 84 Street sometimes only lasts a few seconds. Considering the vast majority of traffic is turning onto the Blvd and very little traffic heading south on 84 St, the advanced turn signal should last longer. Additionally, until this area is fully built, it seems silly that the advanced turn signal turns red instead of turning solid green for the duration of the green light on 84 Street.
