In the back lane that runs behind the houses on the south side of 6ave NW from 24 St (Crowchild Tr) east to the playground there is a piece of city owned land that just out to the south and serves as a turn-around for the garbage trucks. Unfortunately, every year it becomes a neighborhood free dumping ground. It's pretty rank again. Someone needs to clean it up.
