Sign or pavement markings needed in construction zone for clarification of merge or added lane.

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: When coming down Sarcee North as lane jogs onto bridge over the trans Canada highway (due to construction), traffic flows a lane added beside the existing lane coming from the turnaround south of the bridge. There is no signage however indication that a lane is added and drivers are confused about whether it is a merge or added lane. Some vehicles yield or stop to merge and some just go right through assuming it is an added lane. It is dangerous because the lane jogs right there too and lane markings are extremely poor or non existent. Can you please have the construction company better indicate traffic flow there so vehicles are consistent. I'm worried I'm going to get hit by someone who is unclear as to what to do.
