Why why was this SR closed when the issue is unresolved. Pic attached was taken earlier this evening. No improvement from when the SR was origanally posted Please DO NOT CLOSE THIS SR UNTIL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED. I don't want you to just be aware of it - I want you to solve it. If this issue is closed again before resolution, it will go to the Councillor instead of 311.
