This is unacceptable - I called 311 yesterday and was advised techs would fix before morning rush hour. Traffic backed up for blocks.

Describe Issue: The turn light is too short given the detour, bumpy pavement, and volume of traffic. 21 second light gets through too few cars, traffic backed up for blocks and blocks.
