Traffic Signal Too Short; Uneven Pavement

Describe Issue: Signal to turn from eastbound 90th to northbound 14th is too short. Pavement is very uneven where the two roads meet, which forces traffic to slow down significantly when passing through. This causes significant delays, especially during rush hour. This is the only way for many residents east of 14th street to access anything north of 90 ave. We have tolerated many delays due to construction and should not be expected to live with unnecessary delays while the BRT is constructed.
