8th Street heading North approaching 8th Ave. There's no left turn arrow onto 8th Avenue West; and there's so many pedestrians crossing 8th Ave on both sides - that often only 2-4 vehicles get through during rush hour. Today I saw one truck turn left and one truck manage a right turn. That was all; and they could only make those turns once the light was yellow. This happens because of the pedestrian underpass and no advance arrows.
