Sideways is crumbling. Previously patched and it does not last. Needs to be replaced. I have put down a cone as it is a hazard for pedestrians.
Nature of Concern: Cracked / Crumbling
Type of Sidewalk: Concrete
Specific Details: Crumbling sideway. Uneven surface. Major hazard for pedestrians. I have requested a fix in the past and only patch work has been done. Needs to be replaced.
Specific Location: Outside of 121 Everoak park (right hand side, towards the park).
