311 Response - Request has been forwarded to Calgary's Bylaw Services Department. Phone number is password for follow up. >>> Noise of cleaning out indigo parking lot across the road. I have spoken to 311 and to non-emergency police. The workmen did stop at my request knowing that I had called both Byelaw and non-emergency police. They were told by their past that they are not permitted to leave the site unless they receive a ticket from either a byelaw officer or a police officer. I called police.The workmen agreed to stop but had to stay on the side until a police officer came. They knew they were violating the city noise byelaw but were directe to Carry on anyways by their boss.
