Multiple sections of the fence on the river pathway was damaged due to the berm that was erected across from the Safeway to protect downtown from the 2013 flood.

Describe the concern. Cement baricades in 4 or 5 different sections stil remain where flood waters caused damage. The City should replace with proper repairs.
