Furniture or Structure Concern in a Park-WAM at 612 Elbow Dr SW

Many sections of previous Elbow River Pathway fence has never been repaired/ replaced since the 2013 flood.
Describe the concern. Cement baricades in 4-5 sections still repain where flood waters caused damage. The City needs to rebuild this.
