Illegal dumping by my garage 3 weeks ago. It's been reported by myself repeatedly since then. Neighbours have reported me to the bylaw officer and he came let me know neighbours are reporting. I showed him my reports and reported it yet again. One of my neighbours moved my garbage bin over to the debris so it would be picked by garbage collection. It was NOT picked up by garbage collection. Please get this dealt with ASAP.
