Dangerous uncontrolled intersection at Meredith Rd and 4th St. N.E.

Details of request: During traffic rush, it is impossible to cross 4th St N.E. without the risk of life! Traffic backs up from Memorial Dr signals; drivers typically block the Meredith Rd intersection. For drivers on Meredith long delays, extreme frustration, and dangerous actions result. CITY ACTION is required!!! Traffic signals would solve the problem. At the very least, Large "KEEP CLEAR" must be painted on every lane of 4th St intersection or vertical signs installed for every lane of traffic.
