Please call 311. >>> Contractor (Plum Developments) dumped loam in the back alley on a rainy day and now I can't get to my garbage without gum boots. Additionally, the crater they left in the alley, from when they stored & removed dirt, is now a swimming pool full of mud. This is the tail-end of several avoidable interruptions to the community by this contractor.
