Sidewalk or Curb - Repair at 3204 25 St SW

Sidewalk has been falling apart for several years, marked by city crews recently after investigating sinkhole (open underneath sidewalk) at same location. Sinkhole was partially filled with asphalt (no fill for under sidewalk, just asphalt) and sidewalk has now cracked more.
Nature of Concern: Protruding Sidewalk Edge (Trip Edge)
Type of Sidewalk: Concrete
Specific Details: Was crumbling apart and cracked, now breaking off, sinking and getting worse since sinkhole.
