Describe Issue: The speed limit is only 60km/hr why isn't there a solid green light to allow for turns without an arrow. Line of sight is more than adequate at that speed. By forcing a green arrow it not only unnecessarily delays traffic turning onto Deerfoot North. It also delays traffic leaving the airport trying to go across Deerfoot.
