Traffic Signal Timing Inquiry at 4236 11 St NE

This morning it took me 25 minutes to cross the intersection at Memorial and 4 St NE and Edmonton Trail. This is only because the traffic lights are not synchronized. Only 5 or 6 cars can make it through the intersection at a time. It is most annoying!
