Detour Inquiry at 4655 37 St SW

12 days and counting since I made my original request and still no action. Barriers go up without warning and stay up for days without any work being done. Busses can't access the stop s where transfers are done and 306 passengers miss the only stop between MRU and Richmond Road. Why is this being totally ignored. 12 days is too long for a request to be ignored.
Concern in detail (include landmark): This needs to be fixed. Why am I being ignored?
