Detour Inquiry at 11558 Elbow Dr SW

This intersection has had 2 lanes closed for weeks with no work being done. Surely 2 lanes in both directions do not have to be closed for several weeks. The single lane only is causing traffic chaos. Can the contractor finish this work or at least remove the cones in both directions until they are ready to actually do the work.
