Heavy metal ballast post is barely secured (partial pin reset was done by good samaritan passing by) repairs not completed by City of Calgary. The first request was submitted for safety reasons that have not yet been resolved.

Describe the concern. Heavy Metal post swings free and poses a safety hazard for the kids / commuters that use the pathway.
