Pedestrian and Cycling Pathway - Repair - WAM at 89 Memorial Dr NW

MUP has no physical barrier between fast moving traffic and pedestrians / cyclists. There are two sections along Memorial in this area where this applies. A railing, like on the south side of this path, would ensure a MUP user doesn't end up in the road, or a motor vehicle on the MUP.
