No parking during rush hour

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: The city has spent time and money making an alternating traffic flow on 5th Ave downtown, but cars parked in a turning lane (between 4th and 5th Ave) on 5th Street are impeding cars ability to use a turning signal. Please put up no parking during 4-6pm sign here so that cars are able to get onto 5th Ave more easily. As you can see I and everyone else is stuck because two cars are blocking a turning lane.
