Details of request: There is an unsafe volume of cars that come to a complete stop at the bottom of the Bow Trail E exit to 10th Avenue SW, waiting to make a Left turn across multiple lanes of traffic instead of proceeding to the proper roundabout on 10th. This is especially problematic in winter when vehicles are not expecting to come to a sudden stop at the bottom of the hill. Additional signage and perhaps even a barrier of some kind to prevent this sort of maneuver would reduce accidents and close calls.
