CLOSED No Action Required - Close SR. Aug 16 - All red mapped areas are part of a regular mowing schedule. Mowing conducted on city boulevards adjacent to major roadways and, roads surrounding communities have been reduced from 5 to 4 annual mowing cycles as approved by City Council. This reduction was in response to Calgary's current economic climate and to save tax payer dollars. Mowing cycles may once again increase in future budget cycles as Calgary's economic climate improves.
