Intersection of Richmond Road and 17th Ave S.W. At the 17th Ave. intersection with Richmond Road you can either turn east or west onto 17th Ave. The turn should have a dual turn to turn west. Between traffic coming off of Richmond road and traffic come off of Crowchild northbound the volume of cars cannot fit. People end up blocking the intersection. If there's was a dual turn it would help prevent back up of traffic. Also, due to the significant congestion (at least during high traffic times) cars are cutting people off frequently.

It's been made worse by the addition of the bike lane lights which shortens light times for vehicles. The bike lights go off whether there's a person/bike there or not.
