Sprinkler Maintenance in a Park at 151 Harvest Park Tc NE

I saw maintenance come work with the sprinklers but still not fixed. The picture shows long green grass where it is watered and brown grass where the water doesn't hit. They're not even mowing it now only mowing the Northfield
