Practice wall requires a complete net line and the asphalt has multiple cracks

Describe the concern. This practice wall needs a complete white net line all the way across and the asphalt is in need of a proper top coat. The 3 courts next to this practice wall were resurfaced a couple of years ago and this practice section was not upgraded.
