Backhand fence to train tracks. Rusty warped old wire is used from top to bottom to weave a hole in the fence. This area is used by animals kids ect in the back lane, someone is going to get hurt/cut/scrapes with this shotty fence fixing job.
Describe the concern. Fence repair along train tracks done poorly. Left with rusty wire with sharp ends from grass to top poking out
