Traffic light seems to be in a default mode instead of detecting when a vehicle is actually there. It affects both directions of Beddington Trail NW and I only notice in the morning but it could also be other times of the day.

Describe Issue: The traffic light that is only there to allow the off ramp traffic from east bound Country Hills Blvd to access north bound Beddington Trail is stopping traffic for both directions of Beddington Trail when there is no vehicle on the Country Hills Blvd off ramp. I have been using this road for over 5 years and this issue started a few months ago. It has gone from slightly annoying to frustrating when you have to stop on a major road for absolutely no reason every day.
