Describe Issue: Left turn signal on Heritage Drive @ Elbow Dr SW does not activate properly. Submitted over a year ago:#17-00361742 Still not working. Left-turn signal does not activate unless driver pulls well into marked "X" of turn lane while light is red. Log is closed but never fixed. Also happens at Heritage Park turning north on to 14 St, Elbow turning both ways on to Southland, Kensington Road/Crowchild. Seems to be an issue at many intersections. PLEASE FIX THESE!! ALL TIMES OF DAY
