311 Response - Your concern has been forwarded to Calgary's Waste & Recycling Services Department. Calgary Waste & Recycling is aware and investigating. >>> This happens at least once a week: the driver of the recycling truck spills debris, dumps the bin on its side and drives on. Last week I pointed it out and the guy just shrugged. I know they have a lot of area to get through but it should be policy for the driver to get out and clean up when this happens. Perhaps that would encourage them to be more careful.
